Here's a hint:
When someone says, I'm not a manager. I'm a leader... That's a sign that they have no idea at all.
Management is a set of skills. It may be taught and learnt and practised, well or badly.
Leadership just
is... Perhaps due to personality. Or inherited position. Or even followers' trust in good management skills.
