What a pity that the article is only a report on a speech by a moron.

Actually, I believe that his daddy owns the paper. But being the owner's son allows him to do... whatever the heck he wants.

Well, mate... that's why you hire people. Hire employees who understand the detail... who can deal with it.
Which will allow you -- the "higher level manager" to manage at the higher level.
