congratulations to the letter writer who has dumped a life-time of memories and sold her big empty house to a young family rich enough to buy it.

My kids will need to hire professionals to cherry-pick the very few valuable bits of junk and dump the rest into a skip bin, I won't care.

Then the house will be bulldozed to be replaced by mini dwellings with no garden.

Meanwhile, I continue to gather junk -- and memories --  because I am still alive.
