no need for social media

Social media is slammed for reinforcing prejudice.

We now have a Special Envoy to combat anti-Semitism. So what does this person do? First, they reinforce their prejudice at a conference in Argentina. 

Then more one-side views by talking with Jewish Australians.

 Will the anti-islamophobia envoy begin their pointless role with a trip to Hamas HQ in Gaza? Then restrict their contacts to Muslim Australians?

It would make a lot more sense to talk to and engage with anti-Semites and with islamophobes. That way the latest government sinecures may be able to identify root causes -- and look for fixes.

Or are our special envoys afraid to consider both sides.
