Yes, parents know how their children normally behave. They know what is not usual in their child's condition.
This does not give them the right to demand a particular treatment. Nor to demand a preferred diagnosis.
You know your child. medical staff know medicine. Share the knowledge.
Dealing with your demands is taking time that would be better spent practising medicine. While staff are dealing with your ignorance, other children are dying.
