Isn't Australia a great country. We welcome migrants from around the world. Then watch as they bring their barbarian hatreds to our country.

Now, in what used to be "our" parliament, one politician betrays her own party in order to support imported prejudice.

Will that result in dismissal from the party?

No way. Dismissal, following the clear party rules, would bring screams and accusations of gender and religious persecution.
So Fatima Payman will be free to continue her one-woman political power-plays. Because breaking rules is so much easier than working within them.
