here's how it will work.
1. anyone who has an opinion will spend two weeks as a full time employee. Full shifts of thug management. Kissing the little darlings goodnight. Dealing with their psychosis fuelled tantrums.
2. followed by two weeks documenting their suggested solutions. another two weeks to work up a budget.
3. Followed by four weeks as again, employees. With full authority to implement their solutions.
4. allow a month for mental and physical recovery.
and to rework their solutions.
Then repeat from 1.
The problems will not be solved.
at least some idiots may recognise that the problems begin long before the youth arrives at Banksia

Yes it's likely that these kids were damaged long ago within the family or lack of it. I don't think the wokes have a solution. They just continually justify the kids behaviour.
