Sister Kate

an indigenous group has identified a Sister Kate's Cottage as a centre of a stolen generation.

now, 40 or more years after the cottage closed. the group has gained ownership of the cottage.

from here the normal process would involve a demand for an apology and millions of dollars "compensation". Because cash is a great cure-all for any emotional, spiritual or cultural hurt.

but no!

this group want to sit and talk... and heal

the old people will tell what it was really like.

the 

young people will tell what it was all for.

the aim is to gain healing and n understanding.

good on them.

it sounds brilliant.
