brushwood road race circuit

the government plans a road race circuit in Burswood.

make sure that it is fully fenced. 

with only one entry/ exit. 

then lock Mongol and Rebel bikies inside

let them enjoy their gang warfare all by themselves. 

only one person allowed to exit. 

all others are locked inside till they kill each other.  or starve to death.  who cares. 

that person's gang is declared the winner. 

If all else fails -- get a bigger hammer
