a woman wants us to avoid nasty additives in food. good news: she says that Australian manufacturers are already using less dangerous additives.
then The West messes up the report. with a graphic of, use this but not this, of identified brands.
eg
use Mainland Buttersoft but not westernStar.
two problems: we looked in our fridge. neither product had the named nasty additives. that could be timing, the products could have been improved.
major problem:
Western Star is butter. ingredients are cream and salt.
the other product is butter-- with Canola oil. to make it spreadable. the two are *not* equivalent...
if you want butter, buy butter.
butter plus canola is *not* the same product
... even ignoring the lack of additives.
If all else fails -- get a bigger hammer
