do not blame police for the floreat murders.
police are not allowed to lift a finger until an actual crime has been committed.
action against a planned crime would infringe the rights of the criminal.
should the police have watched Bombara?
Bombara and every other potential DV killer?
how many potential DV murderers would the police have had to watch that day?
even being watched is not allowed... because our society so vigilantly protects the rights of every criminal.
are you actually innocent? then you have no rights at all.
innocent people walk in fear. surrounded by thugs, murderers and rapists.
daughters, brothers, rich lawyers may cry crocodile tears after the murders.
too bad.
until the murders were committed, Bombara was protected by his rights.
We need tochange our laws.
allow police to take action on strong suspicion.
protect the rights of victims - and potential victims- rather than protecting the rights of criminals.
