Dear Roger Cook, 

thank  letter requesting that I reduce interest rates. 

I  appreciate threat you are confused by your blatant stupidity. 

let me explain: The role and responsibility of the RBA is to manage interest rates for the benefit of Australia. 

you must use your own resources to buy votes for yourself. 

perhaps a cash bribe from the cash set aside for a mainland penguin sanctuary. which you intend will never be built.
